James Nelson is a Principal and Head of Tri-State Investment Sales in Avison Young’s New York City office. He leads a group of 30 professionals in selling multifamily, office, development, and retail properties. 

Throughout his 20-year career, James has been selling over 400 properties and loans with an aggregate value of over $4 billion.

Rob owns and manages commercial real estate and has real estate investments in various locations throughout the Southwest Region of the United States. Rob’s investments include retail shopping centers, a manufactured housing community, an industrial park, residential apartment buildings, commercial land, a Hilton and Marriott Hotel, and storage facilities.

The Coaching Curriculum

The 12-Month Curriculum will be a comprehensive coaching curriculum sharing the specific skills necessary to build your property portfolio and facilitating some of the most successful commercial real estate brokers who have transitioned to property owners. 

The program includes two live group coaching calls per month. In addition, we anticipate having several guest speakers and holding monthly deal-making calls for us to evaluate and decide on the assets submitted.  

The objective of CRE Investor Coach is not only to learn how to invest but to finish the curriculum owning several assets of your own or with our investment, equity, and debt partners. 

Only apply if you are in a financial position to complete the entire 12-month curriculum and have a minimum of $50,000 cash reserves to invest in properties.
